We now know that tragically, three boys aged eight, 10 and 11 have sadly died, and a six-year-old remains in critical condition after an incident yesterday afternoon in Solihull and our thoughts are with those involved.

This weekend we had an extremely cold spell which meant many bodies of water froze over. We have lots of detailed safety information on our website which will help keep you safe during the winter.

The key things to remember are:

1. Never go onto the ice to play, to retrieve an object, or a pet
2. Never enter the ice to rescue somebody, call 999 and ask for the Fire and Rescue Service

There is no swimming on
Tuesday 5th July - due to Regents Park Annual Transition Evening for year 6.
And
Friday 8th July - due to family reasons.
I have contacted every parent this effects. Thank you for your patience and understanding Di

Can I please remind all our swimmers and parents that the showers are showers and the toilets are not changing cubicles can you supervisors your child/children while using the changing rooms.

Swimsuits are starting to pop up in shops ready for the Summer, and it is important to think about the color of swimwear you purchase for your child.

If your child were to get in trouble in the water, lifeguards and other people will need to get to them as quickly as possible. This means putting them in something bright and easily spotted, both in clear water or murky beach waves.

As the weather is getting colder can I remind all swimmers to exit the pool hall via the main entrance and not via the fire exit door. Please can you close both doors on your way in and out to help keep the pool hall warm for all. Di

Due to cold air temperatures I am cancelling swimming lessons this morning. The pool is lovely and warm but the air temp is 18oC. I have texted everyone this will affect, sorry for the inconvenience this may cause Di

I received an email today Monday 15th November, from Regent’s Park Conmunity College.
“I have been informed this morning there is a leak in the pool and the water has reduced significantly which means unfortunately I need to cancel hirers today and
Tuesday.”
So lesson are cancelled on Tuesday 16th November. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Do and the team
