Finding website a nightmare.!! Can't get through on the phone.
Can someone please let me know price for adult lane swimming 06-30. Thanks
Hello, I’m hoping to start playing badminton again after a long time not playing. Probably mixed doubles as I have a potential partner. So are there any couples or friends that would enjoy a game? Let me know please.
Enjoy the weekend everyone πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰
How much is a single swim session please?
Had a bit of an accident in the car park of Bitterne leisure centre today. Just want to say a big thank you, to you all that helped me. Steve and Lewis from the leisure centre, Jane Hobbs, who was passing, happened to be medically trained and the lady with the chair! Not forgetting the ambulance girls and Simon at RSH walk-in centre. Back home with a few stitches in my leg and resting. A massive thanks again and very grateful to you all. You were amazing. πŸ₯°###
Team work Tuesday πŸ’ͺ🏼

And today one of our members MM made a HUGE achievement!!! He had not been swimming 🏊 for 40 years due to his fear of water and today with the help of GROW he made us all EXTREMELY proud πŸ₯‡ and went swimming, AMAZING well done MM πŸ‘πŸΌ thank you for Bitterne Leisure Centre for having accessibleοΏΌ equiptment to make this happen!! 😍

The rest of the GROW gang enjoyed themed Olympic οΏΌarts and crafts πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’šβ€οΈπŸ”₯ followed by πŸ‘€ down for bingo, winning some great prizes πŸŽπŸ’ a fun way to learn numbers 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣

Such a shame that the weekend the pool is reopened to the public, the website hasn’t been updated, the centre is understaffed so calls aren’t answered or returned and that information provided last week on said phone was incorrect. I now have an upset son who was really looking forward to swimming again for the first time in 18 months this afternoon.
I expect better from a National Leisure Company.
Thanks to the staff at Bitterne Leisure Centre for letting me have an extra 15 minutes to do my charity swim for Alzheimer's Society. My aim was to do 64 lengths in under an hour and I done it! Turns out I didn't need that extra 15 mins πŸ˜€πŸ‘

The team at our Yarborough Leisure Centre in Lincoln have decided to take up their very own Comic Relief challenge of a 24-hour Bike-A-Thon, with Β£1 being donated to Comic Relief for every mile cycled!
Starting at 5 PM on Thursday the 17th of March, the Active Nation team along with some of our dedicated supporters are going to take to the exercise bikes for 24 gruelling hours to try and cycle a grand total of 650 miles - the distance between all of the Active Nation venues.

The team are still looking for supporters to help them reach their target by cycling some of the distance. So if you have time to spare throughout the 24 hours, book a time slot and get involved by emailing [email protected].
