🔥 NEXUS Half Term Camp Drill 🔥

4 Athletes. 1 Ball. Endless movement.

This passing and movement drill challenges athletes to stay switched on, communicate, and move with purpose. Players make a straight pass, then immediately follow their pass by running the diagonal before continuing along the straight line to their next position.

Simple in setup, effective in ex*****on. The focus is on sharp passing, constant movement, and developing the habits that transfer directly into match situations.

We are SO excited to welcome the incredible Leah Middleton to our NEXUS online athlete series 🙌

Currently playing for Dragons this season 🐉 and representing Wales on the international stage ❤️🤍💚 Leah’s journey is one every athlete should hear.

After coming back from a horrific ankle injury, Leah has worked unbelievably hard to return to court and absolutely boss it 💥 Her resilience, determination and mindset are truly inspiring, and she continues to prove what’s possible through hard work and perseverance.

Our NEXUS athletes cannot wait to chat to Leah about her netball journey, overcoming setbacks, returning from injury and competing at the highest level 💬✨

She is an inspiration to so many and we know this session is going to leave a lasting impact on our athletes 🌟

London Pulse long bomb queen 👑, England international superstar 🌹 and one of the calmest shooters under pressure we’ve ever seen 😮‍💨

Our NEXUS athletes cannot wait to chat to Sophie about her journey through netball, university life, balancing a professional netball career, and of course… HOW she stays so composed when launching those unbelievable long bombs from range 💣🏐
