Fat loss can be tough, right?! π«
Eat this, don't eat that.
Don't do this, Don't do that.
Carb... yes or no? (spoiler alert, the answer is yes).
Especially with summer around the corner, the race is on! At least it will feel like that right now for a lot of us. βοΈ

If you have lost motivation, stopped being disciplined and feel like you have fallen off track... read below!β¬οΈ
At first it is easy because it is new and exciting...
Then after a month or so, life gets in the way, it feels harder to get out of bed sometimes, you get bored, etc. Whatever it is...
A few missed sessions later, you have lost steam, you dont feel motivated and you feel like you are going backwards.
If you can relate, here is what you need to do:
1οΈβ£ Re-asess your schedule and make sure your plan for exercise and nutrition is realistic and actually fits into your lifestyle.
2οΈβ£ Make sure your workouts are effective (not too easy, not too hard, not too boring).
3οΈβ£ Double check your goals have DEEP meaning and get the fire in your belly and remind yourself of it every now and again.
4οΈβ£ Get a coach or accountability partner/workout buddy to help you stay on track.
Enjoy the journey, plan ahead, put the work in and eventually you will reap the benefits π

It is again that time of year, where we get up early, give presents to one another, eats some good food, maybe have a couple drinks and be merry! π·π
This one is even more special for me as it is the first time Cass and I have come to Torbay together to be with my family on Christmas day. π

Get NEAT this Christmas!ππͺ
Beleive it or not, your NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) can easily burn more calories throughout the week than your planned exercise/workouts!π―
What is NEAT? This is activity such as cleaning your house, cooking, shopping, fidgeting, low activity hobbies, etc. π³πͺ
So, GET NEAT THIS CHRISTMAS!! To account for consuming extra calorie (potentially, but likely), simply be as active as possible. As you can now see, that doesn't need to be extra intense workouts either! Have your cake and eat it this Christmas by being smart ππͺ
