With over 11 years in the recruitment business specialising in the marine sector with his company Marine Resources. James bring a wealth of recruitment knowledge to C3R and has a vast network of contacts within the industry. James has implemented his proven systems and processes to ensure the hiring of C3R sailors is always running smoothly & efficiently. A keen sailor too, James is a multiple match racing national champion, winner of the Cadet World Championships and represented GBR at the prestigious Youth World Championships in the 420 class. Pete Cumming - Director
Active in the professional sailing arena for over 12 years. Most recently specialising in multihulls, racing in the Extreme Sailing Series for 7 years winning the series tile as sailor & project manager in 2009 & 2010. Pete has raced in may classes from IMOCA60, Maxi’s throughout to Americas Cup World Series. In 2012 Pete was in front of the camera for Sky Sports commentating on both the Americas Cup World Series and the Americas Cup Final. As sailor & project manager Pete has a solid understanding of what makes successful team function & work well together, this experience with be invaluable helping our C3R clients match correctly to our C3R Sailors.
