So on Friday I head to the Peak District to hike 26.2 miles all in support of CoppaFeel! They are such an incredible charity and I am so proud to be a part of it!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Thomas Evans!! Thomas is my nephews friend and as you can see is incredibly talented in photography. He has offered to donate half of any cards sold to my trek ❤️ These are all taken locally in the New Forest. I will be selling them in the studio and salon for £2 a card. If you can’t pop in and collect message me and I can get them to you x

I did it!! It was soooo cold but wow I felt amazing after 🥰 definitely going to be a daily thing. Weights, walk, stretch, cold water, perfect!

I am so excited to be chosen for this challenge. As most of you know I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 23 and then again at 39. Thanks to early detection I am here to tell the tale and that is why I am so passionate about this charity and their amazing work!

I am so excited about our next event. You’ll have and I guiding you through the Pilates. My awesome sister is obviously making the yummy food and we have the lovely joining us for an hour of sound baths to leave you feeling super relaxed! Get in touch if you fancy joining us!
