Heartbroken to share that our friend Ramesh Fernando has passed away.

Another Sunday has rolled around, come and do some Judo rolls at Parity Martial Arts on Millbank Street in Southampton.
Kids 9:30am, Adults 10:30-12
Great session last night at Parity Martial Arts in .
Rather than focusing specific throw, we focused on direction of movement and fitting throws into that direction.
I.e. if you get your partner moving left, maintain that momentum and throw to the left.

Nice Sunday adults Judo session today.
Digging into Uchi Mata with ko uchi and o uchi combinations.
Thursday is day!!!
6:30pm at Parity Martial Arts, Millbank Street, Southampton.
All experience levels welcome, novices through to back belts. All sizes, shapes fitness levels, genders, abilities catered for.

Four Judo classes per week:
Sunday 9:30am, Kids 4+ years
Sunday 10:30am, Adults (technique)
Thursday 6:30pm, Kids 7+ years
Thursday 7:30p, Adults (randori)
We do technique AND randori (sparring) every session but balance of quantity and intensity varies per session and depending on how many novices we have.
European Judo Federation certified coach, permanent mat area. Established in 2010 and going strong in 2026.
