I have one vacancy for a 121 on a Saturday afternoon fortnightly in Southampton.

COMPETITIVE SWIMMING TECHNIQUE COACHING.

From April I will be offering 121 technique sessions in Titchfield, Fareham for competitive swimmers and Tri swimmers.

Sessions will be on a bungy so I can talk and advice whilst you swim, also film technique.

Sessions £20.00 per 30 minutes or £25.00 per 45 minutes.

Fun swim after little Louis's lesson.

After a year with another swim school not being able to even put his eyes in the water, two lessons and Louis swam 15 metres front crawl, 7.5 metres on his back, and picked up sinkers from the bottom of the pool.

5 x One Hour lessons either 1-2-1 or if you have two swimmers, brother, sister, friend 1-2-2.

Ideal for swimmers in stage 1, 2 or 3.
