🚨 CLASS ALERT!! 🚨
Every Friday 6pm at Snap Fitness Southampton Nursling!

✨Shake off the stress and dance your way to feel-good energy! 💃 Our Zumba crew is all about fun, fitness, and community — no dance experience needed, just bring your smile and your best moves.❤️

I know how difficult it can be to motivate yourself to workout…trust me. Zumba is a cardio workout that doesn’t feel like cardio, and I’d encourage everyone to give it a try. ✨

If you’re not a Snap Fitness member but would still like to take part, shoot myself or the team at a message and we can get you booked in!💗

❤️ Come join the party and let’s dance it out together! 🎶🔥

(Note: Class is not on next week as I’m away, but I’ll be back Friday 7th November!!)
