Did you know bananas contain potassium? Potassium is a key ingredient to help prevent muscle cramp. That means you can go for longer by eating one of these!
Enjoy the time you have at home but make sure you’re on top of a healthy diet too 🍌😁

Dear All,
We have been actively following the government advice on the Covid 19 virus, as I'm sure you have all been doing.
We are still awaiting a decision from education officials on the possible closure of England schools but until that time Superschools will continue to operate with minor adjustments. We are still able to communicate via email, phone & the Superschools website chat.
For those schools who have a Superschools date in the diary, please keep us informed of your schools current position.
See below the measures we are taking to ensure that health and safety is paramount for all of our forthcoming Superschools visits.
-Pre-assemblies-
•All correspondence i.e. letters, sponsorship forms, envelopes & promotional leaflets will be posted prior to the pre-assembly.
•Each school will be given a pre-recorded video link for each classroom to watch to inspire the children and tell them what to expect on the day.
-Event Day-
•Each of our staff members will be following the recommended safety and hygiene regulations.
•During the exercise circuits and photograph sessions, 1x class at a time will attend the hall.
For those schools who have not yet booked a date for an event we still have availability over this spring/summer term so please get in touch.
All of us here at Superschools are sending best wishes and good health to everyone at this time. We look forward to seeing you soon.
All the best,
Grant

To celebrate our 40 years of Superschools, we're running an exciting competition for one lucky school to WIN a full day of activities. This is not a fundraising event, and children don't need to raise sponsorship money.
On the day, we'll lay out an exercise circuit so pupils can challenge themselves. The children will get to watch a demonstration by a world class athlete, and each child will have a chance to meet and have their picture taken with the guest.
There will also be a competition on the day to WIN Raleigh UK bicycles (and other prizes).
It couldn't be easier to enter- just tell us who you are, and we'll choose one school at random as our lucky winner.
The competition is now open and the deadline is 21st February 2020.
The winning school will be announced on 28th February 2020.
Terms and Condition- To enter this competition you must be a member of staff at a school. Share to someone you may know who works in a school :)
