Since joining us, she's been putting in the work every session, consistently giving her all and embracing every workout.

Her fitness improvements have been clear to see, but what's been even more impressive is her commitment outside of sessions with a hectic life shes focused on her nutrition and taking a well-rounded approach to her health and fitness journey.

What a busy weekend for Bootcamp UK Southampton.

I just want to say a massive well done to everyone that got involved in the events this weekend. You were all out there at various different events across the south of England, putting in some serious hard graft.

It just goes to show what this community is really about. It’s not just about fitness on the field three times a week, it’s about empowering each other, building confidence, and believing in your own ability to complete the missions and challenges you set yourself.

So well done to everyone involved. Hopefully you’ve all had a wonderful weekend, and I’ll see you strong on the field this week 💪
