🗣 “ Consistency over time is what matters “

We’ve spoken about the frequently asked questions this week about fat loss, so here’s some motivation for you.

When you’re on a fat loss journey, the majority of people assume you need to be working out for hours each week, long term this isn’t necessarily going to be possible.

⏰ Even if you were to work out 3 times a week for 45 minutes, you will still achieve the results you are looking for as this will be the routine you can stick to long term.

This is why consistency over time is what matters, if you can stay consistent with your gym routine, that works with your daily schedule you will see results and maintain those results over time

❌ Don’t make this mistake in the gym when you have limited time!

If you’re looking to get maximum results in minimum time, low - intensity cardio isn’t ideal.

🏆 Instead you should be doing HIIT training to make the best use of your time in the gym and to also get results

🗣 “ You can’t outwork a bad diet “

Quoting Mark from our most recent video, if you are trying to burn fat whilst attending the gym and have a small amount of time to workout, don’t waste this time doing crunches.

Crunches do very little in terms of burning calories and fat.

You would see results a lot quicker if you were to focus on your calorie deficit and planks.

❌ You can’t outwork a bad diet….

✅ A better approach would be to focus on a calorie’s deficit and a diet high in lean protein and veggies
