We think it's safe to say that the September BlazePod challenge went down a storm...we've even been asked if we can do it again!
At the end of the month it was very close at the top with several of you with a score of 16, a handful of you with a score of 17, two of you scored 18 but only one person managed a score of 19!

🗓 It’s taking place over the course of a weekend in November, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th.
🎥 The first and easiest way to get involved is simply by sharing one of our videos on social media that we have shared recently to spread the message as far and wide as possible
Secondly, donations will be a massive help! No matter how big or small. The donations combined will make a huge difference to somebody’s life. We’ve set a target of £1,000 which we’re hoping to achieve

As a couple, these two have been absolutely focussed since joining us back in May 2022.
What we love most about Leanne and Josh is that they started with us from two very different places.
Let us explain...Leanne has worked in fitness for many years and is certainly no stranger to a gym.
Whereas Josh, on the other hand, was starting completely from scratch. However, they are a formidable team as they encourage each other in sessions and hold each other accountable at home.
Their results have been awesome as well....
10½ kg total weight loss (1st 9lb)
8% joint reduction in body fat
Getting stronger and fitter in every session 🙌
All this has been achieved whilst working full time and bringing up a child, which is no easy task!
Great job both of you, we're looking forward to seeing what else you can achieve together in the future.

Just 3 days left of our September Challenge 👀 The Blaze Pod Challenge!
The Blaze Pod Challenge is a test of agility and your reaction skills.👊
Here's how it works! Blaze Pods are state of the art fitness technology, which react when touched with the hands, feet or gym equipment. We've set you the challenge to extinguish as many of the illuminated pods as possible in 45 seconds. The order of illuminated pods is randomised, which keep you guessing and is a fun, interactive way of increasing your heart rate.
A reminder of how you win... This is a solo challenge. The person who extinguishes the most amount of Blaze Pods in 45 seconds wins the challenge. The challenge concludes on 1st October 2022.

6 WEEK CHALLENGE UPDATE❕
We know that for some people August was a challenging month when it came to maintaining habits and sticking to regular routines.
This is why we've kick started Autumn with one of our 6 week challenges to help people re-focus on their exercise, nutrition and goals.
The challenge kicked off on Monday 5th September and runs until Sunday 16th October. It may only be the second week of the challenge but we're already hearing how our challengers are hitting their daily steps goals as well as hitting (and going over) their protein goals.
This is a great start to the six weeks and we're excited to share some of the 6 week success stories with you when the challenge ends in October.
