Member of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our latest Member of the Month, Emma!
Emma is one of the MHR originals and has been training with us for almost EIGHT years. That alone is an incredible achievement, but what makes Emma so deserving of this recognition is the consistency, commitment and determination she brings week after week.
She turns up, gets stuck in and gets the work done.
Whether it’s pushing for an extra rep, adding more weight to the bar, or even making her walk to the studio a little more challenging with a heavier backpack, Emma is always looking for ways to improve and move forward.
Outside of training, she’s also made fantastic progress with her nutrition. By taking ownership of her habits and making smart, sustainable choices, she’s achieved some brilliant results and is looking fantastic because of it.
But perhaps what stands out most is the example Emma sets for others. She’s friendly, supportive, encouraging and quietly determined, proving that success doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from consistently showing up and doing the work.
We’re incredibly proud to have had Emma as part of the MHR family for nearly eight years, and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next.

Another huge step closer to the Alps adventure!
The team headed to Wales for their second Alpine Conditioning Day with Mountain Coach, and what a day it was!
From steep climbs and long hikes to challenging conditions and plenty of miles on the legs, every single person showed incredible effort, determination and teamwork throughout.
These conditioning days are all about preparing both physically and mentally for the incredible adventure ahead, building endurance, confidence and resilience one step at a time.
A massive thank you to the amazing team at Mountain Coach for keeping everybody informed, motivated, supported and excited for what’s to come in the Alps.
The progress from everyone involved has been brilliant to see already, and this is only the beginning.
We are so proud of the team and can’t wait to continue following the journey.

Friends and fitness really are the perfect combination.
What makes this photo even more special? None of these amazing members knew each other before joining MHR Fitness.
Fast forward to now and they’re not just training partners… they’re genuine friends.
From meeting up for walks, coffee catch-ups, nights out and nights in, to supporting each other through life both inside and outside the studio, the friendships built here are something really special.
Of course… sometimes it does mean we struggle to get a word in while coaching because everyone is too busy chatting, but honestly, seeing these connections grow is one of the best parts of what we do.
