SUWC tickets will go on sale in 2 weeks time, and you will all be made aware of it.

If you buy a ticket on Wednesday you will be paying £32 instead of £10, and will only be refunded if I have time to, and as most of you know I'm bogged down in work so it's unlikely

SAVE THE DATE
We'll be heading up to Bowmoor Lake early Saturday morning to compete so try not to be hangin too hard, and this is the best chance to compete in windsurfing in beginner, intermediate or advanced racing so make sure not to miss it👌

Edit: you are still more than welcome to come if you have any kind of windsurfing experience, even if you haven't been involved in any of the windsurf society this year!

Monday Meeting!!
Monday Meeting is back on this Monday, at 18:00, in building 6 room 1083 (next to Highfield interchange), where we'll be talking about everything coming up this next semester! Socials, wednesday sessions, a day trip to Christchurch, advanced trips, our national event Sot'on My Face, a pop up wave event, Bristol nationals, and more will be mentioned, so if you want to get involved in everything going on come say hi on Monday!

Soton my face is just over a week away. We have over 150 people attending, free Redbull and more !!!!! If you want to come to the best party (and windsurfing) DON'T FORGET TO GET YOUR TICKETS !

We’ll be heading to sobar on Friday EXPECT ABOUT 200 PEOPLE minimum and our theme night on Saturday will take place at the hobbit then heading to Jesters.

SATURDAY THEME IS HOBBIT DRINKS !!!

Saturday and Sunday are full of windsurfing at Netley Sailing Club, we’ve got racing (with prizes), beginner sessions and just time to head out and have fun.
Will also have access to a bar with direct broadcasting of the Six Nations !

There are two ticket options for SUWC people :
£7.15 gives you access to the socials and the windsurfing as well as pizza on the Sunday.
£1.43 gives you access to the socials ONLY.

WRISTBANDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO GET ACCESS TO THE DIFFERENT EVENTS

Another year another AK

The weekend started of slow with little to no wind, but that didn’t stop us from getting on the water. CJ and Quinn tried the tandem for the first time, and a few of us tried paddle-boarding yoga…

Big thanks to Charlie for the salsa lesson, definitely came handy for the 20's themed party Saturday night, where we were joined by the legendary Leo Calnan aka PsyberFunk and SAX A DAN!

Sunday morning was an early start with some rain AND A BREEZE. Needless to say, there was a rush to the Boardwise van to borrow some kit. Well done to Sophie who had their first windsurfing lesson, you did amazing despite all of us shouting advice at you!

Thank you Student Windsurfing Association - SWA for giving us another memorable AK and Léa Soler Clavel for the paparazzi!

12th-14th November = Liverpool Northern Monkey, another main SWA event for windsurfers at ALL levels (Theme: SCI-FI)
