How are you writing your self-story? 📖
As I am currently sat on a sun lounger enjoying the well deserved break from work, and I'm reading ‘The diary of a CEO. I want this thought to be in the forefront of your mind. When you are doing anything challenging or deemed difficult, think about this:
1. Are you proving to yourself that you 'can' with every opportunity you get?
2. Are you avoiding the difficult tasks because it will take you out of your comfort zone?
3. Are you willing to change your thoughts and feelings through actions to create evidence that you can do the difficult things?
As Steve says 'The most convincing sign that someone will achieve new results on the future is new behaviour in the present. You have to start to make the change for it to happen.
Since I can remember I have always struggled with my body confidence. Each yeah summer would roll around and I would be worried and nervous to take my top off at the beach.I used to think I was doing the right things and getting no progress, think I had a slow metabolism and just not meant to have a six pack. Now I realise that it’s simple, that I tried to over complicate it, go all in and not make small changes because I thought that was a waste of time. I have 5 weeks until my holiday.I have an idea, this idea isn’t going to benefit me whatsoever. But it might help you. I want to hold a challenge, 5 weeks to begin a change.If you are interested drop a comment down below! ⬇️

Emma came to me because she needed the accountability and support on her fitness journey.
The first 3 months was all about stripping as much fat off as we can. Not only has Emma smashed her target weight by losing 7kg 😨 even while eating out, eating sweet treats and the foods she’s likes!
Emma has done more than just lose weight but is developing a great amount of knowledge and skill in the gym. Well done and I can’t wait to see what the next 3 months brings!
