Love the Friday morning ride out and beach workout.
Too cold for me to have a dip. Although several people were out having a sea swim. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Great seeing the sun rise too. Back to fitness being strong and being consistent

Love a good read and why not. As it's January and with all the resolutions stuff going on it's back to good habits.
I always have a technical training or rehab book on the go and a couple other books.
So let's see what how became the training giant it is today.
Also First Man In, loving the first couple of chapters then the fear bubble next

Week 3 -------- Less of a Maverick
So being less of a maverick seems to be working. πββοΈπββοΈποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
Following and sticking to a plan seems to be working. π
You think you know best even on a lighter training day. I used to think I could just do a little bit more.
Push a few more sets, reps out and push abit harder. Experience has taught me now to recover harder more than you train.

Better preparation = better care = better performance
Top 5 things to do
1. Foam roll but personalise it to your needs and let's face it yours is probably gathering dust under the sofa.
2. Mobility, when it comes to this start to work out what you need to do or ask a professinal. Be smart and focus on decent flexibility and decet strength.
3. DRINK. Does this need explaining....
4. Regular sports therapy and massage... I know from experience as from both sides of the couch
