First adults No Gi class this evening at Sniper MMA Academy
We worked on a nice sequence from takedown through to submission, drilling and sparring.

It was a pleasure to have Walter Gahadza join us and I’m sure this will be a weekly ritual to help him and everyone sharpen the Jiu Jitsu tools by learning the details that matter the most.

Well done guys.

This class is every Tuesday 6-7pm and the first class is free to try. DM to book.
Absolute beginners are welcome.

Kids BJJ 5-6pm class.
I have sneakily been pushing the kids that little bit harder to prep them for the up coming competition season, and their progress is incredible!!

Two very well deserved stripes from a brilliant brother and sister today.
I’m so proud of how well these kids are doing.

DM to book a free trial. Giving your kids the gift of Jiu Jitsu is one of the best investments you’ll ever make.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of teaching at the BJJ Globetrotters Austria family camp.

Two adults classes and one kids class.

It was an honour to be invited to teach and the world known camp brand at one of their many world wide camps.
Thank you Christian and the BJJ Globetrotters team.

See you all next time.
