Hi, my name is Paul… 🙋🏻♂️
I love Calisthenics, Strength Training and all things Handstands but I get frustrated with the self-limiting beliefs we often have regarding our fitness and health.
We live in a world where all the information you need to become strong, fit and healthy is at our finger tips, yet we still feel overwhelmed, confused and struggle to make lasting changes.

We all need a little discipline to succeed. 👊🏼
Heart: “I’m not feeling it today 🥱”
Head: “This is where the progress happens! 🤨”
If you let your emotions dictate your actions, you will often trip, stumble and break routines. ❌
Self-discipline allows you to stay focused on your goals…
Enabling you to stay in control of yourself and your reactions.
Self-discipline is like a muscle: the more you train it, the stronger you become. ✅
There are 3 basic steps to becoming disciplined:
✅ Set your goal.
✅ Identify potential obstacles.
✅ Replace unproductive habits.
If you really want to succeed you MUST keep yourself accountable for longer than a couple of days or weeks at a time.
It’s always been you whose in control. 🔥🙏🏻

How do you get strong? 🤔
There are actually many ways to get super strong. 👊🏼
For example…
Look at an elite power lifter and gymnast for example… both have great strength despite their obvious differences in physique and training methods.
Despite the differences in routine and exercise selection etc there are a few rules which you must apply to see results.
One of which you simply cannot avoid…
✅ CONSISTENCY ✅
This is often the biggest reason people fail to see sustainable results.
The best training plan in the world will NOT get you results if you can’t stick to it.
You must decide how much time you can realistically dedicate to training every week and for each session, then build your plan from there.
Strength training for 45 - 60 minutes three times per week is a great place to start and I have seen many people make fantastic progress doing just that.
You need a plan that suits your lifestyle otherwise you are swimming against the current of life and will eventually get overwhelmed. 🙏🏻
It’s amazing the changes you can see when you remain consistent for just a few months. 🔥
Whatever time you can afford to set side for training, make a plan and stick to it no matter what! 💪🏼
