This Sunday I’ll be teaching at Mission Studio in Shoreditch with Pana for their BPOC Yoga Club.

I’ll be guiding a Body Positive Yan Yin Flow rooted in accessibility, rest, breath, and compassionate movement.

So much of wellness culture still centres performance, aesthetics, and “doing more.” The work I’m interested in is helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and human.

Creating spaces where people feel welcome in their bodies matters.

Especially in practices like yoga, where so many people still feel they have to look a certain way, move a certain way, or already “fit” the culture before they walk through the door.

This practice is a reminder that wellbeing does not have to be earned through pressure or perfection.
Yoga is for everyBODY.

🌸 Prenatal Yoga Update!

Hi everyone! Our Thursday evening Prenatal Yoga class (7:15 pm–8:15 pm) with our wonderful teacher Ania 🫶🏻 now has a few open spots, as some of our recent mamas have welcomed their babies.

Classes are suitable for complete beginners or experienced yogis over 12–13 weeks pregnant. It’s a gentle way to stay active, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and connect with other local mums-to-be.
