Two big “Firsts” this week! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Well done and for getting their first full push up and first full chin up respectively 🫡✊👊
Jess had her first 1-2-1 about a month ago. She already had a pretty solid base of strength but couldn’t do a full push up for love or money… we had a look at what was going on, made a plan, she went away and put in the work and… Bosh! There you go 😮💨👌
Lucy came to her first Group Class at the end of last year and then has been consistently coming along since the start of this year… every week putting in the hard work despite claiming “I absolutely hate ring rows… they’re horrible!” 😂 but, again stuck with it, put the work in and, again… Bosh! There you go 😮💨👌
2 different approaches but 2 things in common…
1) Putting the work in
And
2) Being consistent.
Do those… and you will improve 🤷♂️

Week 4 2026!
Another banger…. Some new skills learned, some new strength gained, some new muscles ached and loads of fun!
I’ve been asked a couple of times this week if it’s suitable for all levels…. The answer is yes!
Classes are a real mixed bag of abilities and levels! But, without exception everyone that comes along is lovely, supportive and always trying their best (what more can you ask for!!) However, if classes aren’t your thing, PT sessions tailored to your levels, goals and aims are available too (even if you’ve no interest in doing handstands or muscle ups and you just want to get fitter or move a bit more freely… that’s absolutely fine too!)
This video shows some highlights and wins… what it doesn’t show is where people started and the hard work behind it!
Some start with some experience, some start with none…. All we (and anyone) can do is try and progress from where we are at the moment! And that’s the same for EVERYONE 💪
Whether you’re looking to get your first full push up or you’re looking to get your first HSPU is a great place with a great community to help you get there!

💪 AUGUST INTRO OFFER – START CALISTHENICS THIS SUMMER

***Group Class Timetable Update for 2025!***
🥳NEW CLASS ALERT🥳
(And a small time change too…)
Due to popular demand — and in addition to our usual Skills-based sessions — we’ve added a brand new Cali-Conditioning class on Thursdays @ 6:30pm. This one’s all about fitness and conditioning for calisthenics — expect solid sets, reps, and a good sweat 🥵💪 (and maybe the odd pack of cards too… IYKYK 😮💨).
Also, our Saturday Skills class now starts at 9:30am instead of 10:30am — a tad earlier so you can get in, out and still have plenty of the day left… knowing you’ve already done your bit too! 🥳🥳
Still just £15/class! 👌
All sessions start with a full warm-up and finish with a proper stretch — it’s just the middle bit that changes!
Skills classes focus on exactly that — think hand balancing, muscle-ups, ring work, and everything in between, all tailored for total beginners through to advanced movers.
Conditioning class dials up the strength, volume, and effort to build the engine and structure you need to progress in calisthenics… and get totally buff too. 😂👌🥳

Leaving 2024 like…
How the f**k people do this without a wall to help blows my mind!!
But, it can be done! You just have to keep trying and be willing to f**k it up (a lot) but then juts pick yourself up and go again…
Just like in life.
I’ll be here putting myself through it as well as the lovely boys and girls that come through my doors each week. Thanks so much to all of them… you allow my to do a job I love.

Group Classes!
