Hey Everyone. As part of my journey to run a marathon on Wednesday 8th December I will be pulling on my elf costume and raising funds for South East and Central Essex Mind by running the runway at Southend Airport. My aim is to complete 13 miles ( half marathon) in 2 hours. Anything you could give would be appreciated.

Hey๐ Everyone I know I haven't posted in a long time. But I thought I should update you all, I have applied to run the London marathon 2022 still waiting to hear if I have place but that doesn't mean training isn't going ahead. These past few months it has been difficult for me to train as I was in self isolation then I had a muscle strain followed by a cold. Did I jump right back into training? No I started from the beginning to evaluate how much fitness was lost during those weeks. Sometimes it's tough but I won't give up I will keep you posted on my journey. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ

10 minute AB Blast
30 seconds on each exercise after 2 exercises take a 10 second break followed by 2 more exercises and repeat. This is a high intensity ab class. Make sure to take a break where needed and drink water ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ผ
