I finally done it ‼️
I’ve accept the inevitable and faced my biggest fear. After years of trying to hide my receding hair line, constant anxiety and depression about it. I finally said F**K IT ‼️ and you know what …. I wish I did it years ago.

Mind of Jack 🧠
If you have known me at all over the 22 years of my life whether it was school, College or any sporting club I’ve played for then you would know I’m not the most RIPPED, PUMPED UP or SHREDDED fu**er in the world, I’ve always gone around holding onto a little bit of puppy fat and being able to do the truffle shuffle, it doesn’t mean as a PERSONAL TRAINER that I don’t know my s**t or I haven’t got a clue on how to get 6 pack abs, a perky ass or a big chest.
I feel like in this PT industry people look at you and decide based on looks alone whether they want to PT with you which if I’m honest I completely understand, however the PT game is about knowledge, how to achieve your clients goals the best way not the fastest. You want to enjoy the process, learn from it and all in all coming out of it thinking what and amazing experience it was not dreading every Set and Rep.
I’m still yet to become the best version of myself it’s a slow process something that shouldn’t be rushed, as much as I want a solid chest, 6 pack abs, big biceps I also want to be able to maintain, adapt, enjoy every second that I’m in the gym or reading/watching videos on different styles of training and movement.
All in all love yourself, love every part of your progression big or small and don’t be embarrassed we all started our own fitness journey somewhere. Perfect bodies it’s all a state of mind not everyone’s perfect bodies are the same so enjoy what you have, you have 1 life, 1 body create your own perfection and encourage other to chase theirs.

4 week cut programme ‼️
This photo was taken a year ago but there was only 4 weeks between the photos. If I’m honest it’s not bad for 4 weeks of strict diet and hard graft in the gym, but that’s the best thing about being a PT there’s always room for improvement.

This is my client
Jake came to me looking to make a change physically and mentally. The 1st picture is where Jake started weighing 97kg, I remember our first session together his comments were ‘i was looking for a good place to throw up’ 😂 I’ve never met such a humble and motivated person before Jake just kept going no matter what, no matter how hard I pushed him he just put head down gritted his teeth and smashed the sessions 💪🏼 honestly couldn’t be more proud.
The 2nd and 3rd pictures is Jake now 75kg ‼️ he has lost a whopping 22kg in roughly 6 months of hard work. Jake’s comments ‘you’ve changed my lifestyle and the way I look at the gym and exercise now not just the weight lose! I enjoy exercising before I couldn’t even run 5K now I’m doing half marathons at really good speed!’
Look forward to seeing more of his progress keep smashing it
