Advanced Volume Training is all about using the best tried and tested methods for building muscle and increasing strength.
Performed in a small group this allows 1 to 1 coaching and assistance, with the banter and competitiveness of being in a group of like-minded people.

We said we would show you the proof in the pudding from our programme earlier today, and here it is.
Mitch is a notorious hard gainer, metabolism too quick for his own good.
But after committing to three lifestyle changes, getting to the gym 4 days per week, eating a lot of healthy but calorific foods, and promising himself not to bail out when the going got tough especially in a high stress job, 6 weeks has made him leaner, bigger, stronger and happier than he started.
Massive congratulations to him for smashing the Programme and reaping the benefits.
We have taster sessions running throughout this week and next. If this kind of result is what you have been looking for, come along Tonight or tomorrow this week at 7pm, or Thursday and Friday next week 7pm free of charge and be put through your paces in a programme other gyms don’t offer!

Taster sessions are starting again!
This week, the Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday classes will be available to anyone interested in attending, Free of charge!
If you have let yourself go a little recently, need to improve your physical performance or most likely, just want to look good naked, come along and see whether the style of training, atmosphere and group of members is what you need to be pushing on with your goals.

The AVT is opening its doors again to 8 highly motivated individuals, each with their sights set on achieving the body they never thought they would get.
The structure of the course is group training. Which means that there is accountability to turn up even when you don’t feel like it, because everyone wants you there as much as you want them, there is plenty of socialising and banter, and also a work ethic that pushes each other to do that bit more!
And with diet building, guidance and lifestyle tricks all along the way, this is certainly a group training enviroment that over delivers on value i’m sure you would agree!
