A second stairmaster delivered. Also requiring a little touch of Elite TLC before it’s ready for use, but it’s here and almost ready 🥰

Plus, these very beefy free standing benches to replace the ones that have served us well for many years 🙌

They’ll of course get reupholstered during the next round of maintenance 💪

Just when you thought the equipment additions and upgrades had finished with the pullover and dip machines 💚

Additional cardio equipment incoming 😅

We’ll be adding another stairmaster and 2 more treadmills to the mezzanine at Hockley 💪

We do need to close the gym for a short spell so that we can do this safely 👷

Air Con servicing Saturday 18 April

Our annual servicing of the air con systems will be taking place at both EF Southend and EF Hockley this Saturday

Both gyms remain open throughout

The areas directly below the units will be minimally disrupted for short periods of time

We appreciate your patience while we make sure our systems are prepped to run efficiently and effectively as we move towards the hotter months

Electrical install on Tuesday 14 April at EF Hockley

The gym remains open as normal with minimal disruption.

From 7am on Tuesday 14 April there’ll be works taking place to install additional power to the cardio section of the mezzanine.

While the gym remains open throughout there will be a short time where power to the stairmaster will be turned off.

The red mat area will also be closed for a portion of the day.

The rig and astro area as well as all other cardio will not be affected during this time. With all areas open by the evening peak.

With the gym becoming increasingly busy the addition of further power outlets will allow us to add further treadmills to the gym in the near future.
