A reminder that Kaye and I will be holding a Charity Coffee Morning for Havens Hospices and Tilly's Angels next Thursday 18th June, 9.30am-11.30am.

Great effort from the Ladies Essex 50s County team in their first match of the season in Div 1
A very close match against Gloucestershire, just missing out 3–2.
Some fantastic tennis and a good team performance all round. Well played, everyone! A great start to the season, and we’re excited for the matches ahead.

This coming Sunday, 7th June at 12.30pm is our next Sunday Social.

All members are welcome.

Jade Gooding is running a mini red doubles tournament where parents can come and play with your children! Parents don't need any tennis experience - you will play with a mini racket and red ball on a mini court.

Playing alongside your children is a great introduction into learning how to play points and matches. It will also give them some doubles experience !

Congratulations to our Men's First Team who won their Essex Cup Semi Final yesterday 3-1 against Rayleigh 👌 plus Matt Basham won his Southend District singles match.

They will now play in the Final on 5 July at Gidea Park.

Ladies are through to the Essex Cup Final!!

They beat Grove 3-1 today in the blistering heat!!
Well played to Jade Blackman, Kirsten Rutt, Chloe Jackson and Bella Knight.
The finals are played the same day as the men on 5th July at Gidea Park.

Our Men's and Ladies' 1st Teams have their Essex Cup Semi Finals this weekend at the Club.

The Men are playing at home at 1pm on Sunday against Rayleigh and the team is Ed & Tom Pudney, Alex Chapman and Lee Blackman.

The Ladies are playing at home on Monday at 10am against Grove and the team is Jade Blackman, Chloe Jackson, Kirsten Rutt and Bella Knight.

Come down and support the teams and watch some top tennis in the sunshine 🌞🎾😎

TBLTC SUMMER BBQ - SATURDAY 11TH JULY 6PM

Steel Smoking BBQ will be serving up a BBQ feast! 🍖🍗

There will live music from Ben Eve 🎤🎶

And of course drinks from the bar 🍻🍹🍷

For all you football fans - if England win their group and reach the quarter finals they’ll be playing at 10pm that same evening. We’ll be finishing the music slightly earlier and of course be showing the game on the screens! ⚽️

Tickets are £35 each and there are tables of 4, 6, 8 or 10 available, (non members also welcome). Contact Jen or Ed with a list of names and any dietary requirements.
