🏆 Welcome to Team Thorpe Bay – Youngest Players! 🏆

Our Under 8 mixed team were in action today in the Winter Essex Youth League, taking on Billericay in their very first match! 🎾👏

Representing Thorpe Bay were William Barnes, Herbie Sanderson, Lily Gooding and Peggy Habermel.

And what a fantastic start, with Thorpe Bay winning 18–14! 🎉🙌

A brilliant effort from all four players, showing great teamwork and determination.

🌟 Well played, William, Herbie, Lily and Peggy! We are so proud of you all.

💪 Good luck to the team in their next match against Essex Golf and Country Club! We’ll be cheering you on! 💙💛

🎾🌟 THREE THORPE BAY YOUNG STARS SELECTED FOR ESSEX TENNIS! 🌟🎾

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Fred Wright, Lily Gooding and Peggy Habermel have all been selected for Essex County Tennis training following the recent Under 7 & Under 8 Essex Talent ID Day! 👏

🏆 Fred Wright – Under 7 Essex County Training
🏆 Lily Gooding + Peggy Habermel – Girls Under 8 Essex County Training

The Talent ID Day brought together talented young players from across Essex, making their selection a fantastic achievement.

Fred, Lily and Peggy will now attend regular county training sessions as they continue to develop their tennis and progress through the Essex pathway. 🎾💪

Who knows where this journey might take them — hopefully one day they’ll have the opportunity to represent Essex! 🏆

A huge WELL DONE to all three! 👏👏👏

We’re very proud of you! 💙🎾
