The Tenyokai International
(天楊会国際) is the home for the teaching and preservation of Tenjin Shinyo Ryu (天神真楊流) outside Japan. President('Kancho') of the Tenyokai International is Paul Masters ,Shihan, Menkyo Kaiden,the only non Japanese to achieve Menkyo Kaiden in Tenjin Shinyo Ryu.He was appointed the position of 'Kaigai Sekininsha' (responsible for Tenjin Shinyo Ryu outside of Japan).The hombu dojo of the Tenyokai International is a full time dojo located in the countryside of Essex,England.
