‼️FC Southend Development Hubs & Hubs+‼️

FC Southend Hubs are for children aged 5 - 13 years old. They provide specialised training in football & futsal

Professional Football Club information is given to every player at every session.

They follow a carefully designed syllabus created by Professional Football Coach Danny Vincent & The Ferdinand Collective to support grassroots progression, but there is also a strong focus on playing for enjoyment as well high development.

The sessions focus on enhancing technical skills, tactical knowledge, and athletic progress, all within a fun and challenging environment. Using the 360 Player platform, we provide analytical insights and progress reviews to track each player's growth. The hubs are open to all skill levels, and the programme builds high confident, well-rounded players through small-sided games, drills, and match play while encouraging creativity, decision-making, teamwork, and sportsmanship 

As well as on the pitch activity, we will also provide an educational insight into other key areas such strength & conditioning, football analysis, and fitness testing.

We want to allow players to be able to flourish and express themselves – meaning a lot of the work with young people taking part across FC Hubs is interactive and inclusive for various abilities.
