A tower of new shiny things to go on the new display

Being a small business you have to deal with so many issues, but make it harder than anything else to survive nevermind thrive.
So today I parked up in Ceylon rd car park as normal, got the dog and a bike out the van walked to my shop opened up and paid for parking. It took me less than 3 minutes and yet I still got a ticket! It was even issued after I paid on the Mobon app. I've now got to contact the council and appeal it. I spoke to the vultures sorry wardens who, very smugly with a smile and said they only have to give 3 minutes before they can issue a ticket. Southend needs to support it's community not penalize it, DO BETTER!
