We often think that living in a peaceful neighbourhood, where everyone knows each other, means there’s nothing to fear. It’s true that dangerous situations rarely happen in places we consider safe, but unfortunately – they can happen anywhere, at any time of the day or night.
Incidents like assaults, robberies, or aggressive behaviour can occur in seemingly safe neighbourhoods. That’s why it’s so important to be prepared for such situations – for every unpredictable moment.
Building the right habits increases your chances of living safely.
Knowledge of basic personal safety rules and the Krav Maga system is key to minimising risks and increasing your safety in public. Often, simple habits like being aware of your surroundings, reacting properly to danger, or avoiding risky situations, can help you avoid many threats.
Self-defence is a last resort – it's the response when there's no other option. However, it’s important to remember that self-defence is only one element of personal safety. With the right habits, awareness of threats, and the ability to anticipate them, we can significantly reduce risks and improve our chances of avoiding dangerous situations.
That’s why investing in self-defence training is worthwhile:

In any situation, no matter where you are, it’s important to know how to act when faced with danger.
🥷 Unpredictability:
Threats can appear at the least expected moment, even in the most peaceful place.

Sparring class for the more experienced, Friday evening 7pm
