Phil came to us at 95kg.
He’s now at 85kg
This isn’t even his end result.
This is just where he’s at right now. 10kg lighter, confidence through the roof, and feeling the best he has in years.

Big news.
In July I’m coming off shift at The Gym Group Southend and going fully rent-based.
It’s a move I’ve been working toward for a while and I’m ready for it.
But it means I’m opening up 4 final slots.
Not 4 slots that might lead to more later.
4 slots. Full stop.
Once they’re gone, the diary closes. The only way one ever comes back is if an existing client leaves and I can’t tell you when that’ll be.

TRAINING RECENTLY
4 weeks into a diet phase and 5kg down
8 weeks left til holiday and the goal is to be happy with how we are looking and with how busy life is at the moment I’m happy with how diet is going.
Got to keep chipping away and ticking off boxes and we will be where we want to be.
