Another amazing learning experience yesterday at 🙌🏻
Everytime we step out to head to any event, the team without a doubt make me proud. Not only showcasing great learning in the ring, but doing it with smiles on their face. Respect to the people in the Muay Thai community and embracing the journey in which they are on!

That was only our 3rd interclub and the boys have come so far. Back to the gym to continue our growth!

Another incredible week, but highlighted by Thursday’s sparring session! There were so many moments of gold that took place, showing the improvement of absolutely everyone in the room. It was so amazing to see, footage to come!😊🙌🏻

One of our busiest Wednesdays in a long time, if not the ever! Last week before the boys interclub tomorrow, wishing them the best of luck but I know they’re going to do PDMA proud no matter what.🔥
