Easy arm workout using only two dumbbells
Seated bicep curls 3 sets 12 reps
Concentration curl 3 sets 12 reps
Overhead tricep extension
3 sets 15 rep
Tricep kickbacks 3 sets 15 reps
Laying tricep extensions 3 sets 12 reps
Hammer curls 3 sets 15 reps

Pre lockdown physique update
Going to try and stay in a positive mindset throughout this minor set back with the closure of gyms and utilise calisthenics style exercise.
Don't let the closure of gyms put a damper on your mood and enjoy the multitude of other forms of activity you can make the most of.

Hardwork and dedication definitely shows in this 3 month transformation.
Total weight loss of 35lbs in just 3 months and still aiming to achieve greater things and even one day step on a bodybuilding stage.
It just goes to show that if you set your mind to something you can achieve results you never even thought of achieving.

1. Sidewinders - Keep your hips as straight as possible
2. Climbers - Make sure to keep your core tight and stable
3. Seated knee tucks - Bring your knees up to your chest
4. Shoulder taps - Keep your chest parallel to the floor
5. Leg raises - Make sure to keep your back flat on the floor and core fully engaged
