Dive Pool Repairs Update.
We understand that the ongoing closure of the Dive Pool has been frustrating for all, including our school swimming lessons, aqua classes, and diving lessons. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate the impact this has had on many of our users. Whilst the pool floor is subject to regular servicing and maintenance, the faults that have occurred were unexpected and unfortunately unavoidable.
We can confirm that all necessary parts required for the repairs have already been ordered, and specialist contractors with expertise in movable floors have been appointed to carry out the work. These contractors are the original team that installed the pool back in 2010.
The repair works are currently scheduled to take place on 27th, 28th and 29th October 2026. We will provide a further update closer to these dates and keep you informed of progress throughout the repair process.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued patience and understanding. Please be assured that a significant amount of work has been taking place behind the scenes to enable these repairs to be completed as quickly as possible and to safely return the Dive Pool to operation.
Thank you for your support.
