A mixed ability 2hr session, but most suitable for high beginner / intermediate who are able to transition between moves
Friday 18th September 7-9pm - Bring your partner aerial workshop👬👫👭
A mixed ability 2hr session, but most suitable for beginners / intermediate students who want to have some fun with their partner or friend and introduce them to aerial
Saturday 26th September 12.30-2.30pm - Calisthenics workshop with Clare Livemore 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
All workshops are open to non studends as well as regular students, but please drop us a message if you aren't a regular student so that we can gauge your level and prepare progressions/regressions for you.

If you're looking to fast track your progress, private classes are your best friend!
Privates allow for focused instructor attention and can be planned for bespoke teaching on specific equipment or individual skills that suit you or your child.
We offer 1-2-1 classes for £40 and 2-2-1 classes for £55 or you can book in with our newly qualified instructor Frankie for a 1-2-1 at £30 and 2-2-1 classes at £41.50.
Classes can be arranged weekday daytimes or weekends subject to availability or we have a few weekday evening slots.

Please note that our weekend availability in August is more limited and September is starting to fill up so book in quickly to avoid disappointment!

Our beginners summer workshops are now fully booked but if your child is already attending classes and working at an intermediate level, we have a sling drops and dance trapeze workshop running on Wednesday 12th August with 4 spaces left. Drop us a message to check if this level is suitable for your child.
