Already an aerialist but interested in learning something new? Or trapeze and sling drops workshop this Sunday is ideal for those with previous experience who are looking to try a new piece of equipment.

During this workshop, Molli will take you through some gorgeous trapeze shapes and Chrissy will introduce and build on some sling dynamics and drops.

This workshop is ideal for intermediate + aerialists.

Drop in classes are £14.50 or you can subscribe to a fixed weekly class and save £10 a month, with a further 10% off if you subscribe to a second class.

Well done to those who have acheived their Level 1 Aerial Sling Certificate recently!

Circus isn't easy! Our students have built up their strength, coordination, mobility and confidence over the last few months. Even though we are assessing specific skills, their acheivements are a lot broader than the skills themselves and we are proud of the determination all of our students show!

✨️ Level 1 sling shows competency in foundation mounts, a range of 12 core standing and seated poses, basic inversions in the sling and the ability to join 3 or more moves together into their own short combo. ✨️

All students will have the option to complete in class assessments at an appropriate stage and these are planned in to the normal timetable. If your child hasn't completed this yet, they are either still working on the foundations or their class is focusing on a different priority, but rest assured they will get a chance to do this!
