👏 **THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE TEAMS** 👏
When you see a Southminster United team walk onto the pitch at the weekend, you see the football.
But behind every team is a whole lot more. ❤️⚽
The managers and coaches giving up their time every week.
The club admins organising fixtures, teamsheets and everything in between.
The volunteers putting up goals, marking pitches and making sure everything is ready to go.
The parents washing kits, taking photos, helping on match days and keeping everything moving.
The committee working behind the scenes to keep the club running and sorting out events.
The people answering messages, organising equipment, sorting sponsors, managing the social media.
**None of this happens without our volunteers.**
They give up evenings, weekends and countless hours because they care about the players, the teams and Southminster United.
So today, we want to say a very simple…

To every volunteer, coach, manager, team admin, committee member, parent and helper who gives their time to make Southminster United what it is! You might not always be the ones scoring the goals, but you're a massive part of every one of them. 👏⚽
