Since joining his has massively improved his form on our foundational exercises such as squats, his core is getting stronger every week and it is a joy to see his confidence grow as he gets fitter and stronger.

Teens Class Incoming! πŸš€

Hey guys!

Due to the smashing success and rave reviews of our kids' session, we've been listening to all the feedback. And guess what? We're launching a brand new teens programme tailored for our 13-16-year-olds.

Starting on the 8th of November, these sessions will roll out every Wednesday at 7 pm at our Virginia Street spot. Each session will be 40 minutes of fun, energy, and, of course, fitness.

Why should your teen join? Here's the scoop:
