We have 4 of our guys competing on Friday night, so unfortunately there will be no classes on as all coaches and a lot of the members will be attending to support!

Arranged PT sessions will go ahead as normal.

Classes will resume as normal on Monday!

Please note there are no classes this Friday!

We have lads out competing & all coaches & most members will be in attendance. PT’s will run as scheduled. No change to the rest of the week.
