A big thank you to all who came to the Earth Element Yoga on Saturday! It was a lovely chilled day - a journey through grounding poses and breathwork, earth mudras and the root chakra - all finished off with a meditation and a little gift of grounding Yogi Tea and Red Jasper stone to support your practice at home 🧘‍♀️🫖
