So exciting to read this on the main BBC news this morning!
Another fab research project confirming what we all see in every Singing Mamas group: singing together makes mums feel better.
This project gave mums access to a 10 week programme, but the great thing about Singing Mamas is you can come for as long as you want to, and there's no age limit for your little ones. And if you're thinking, "this sounds fab, but I don't have any kids," then worry not - you don't need to bring a baby or even be a mama to join a Singing Mamas group.
All you need is your voice and the will to have a go.
So what are you waiting for? Come and try it - we know it works!

Singing Mamas Crosby officially starts back on Friday 19th September at 1:15pm at St Nick's, but if you can't wait until then, come along to our starter session next week, Friday 5th Sept.
Never been before? Come and have a FREE taster!
Regular member? The session is ncluded in your membership.

Community Campfire!
