A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported, judged, volunteered, donated prizes, and cheered from the sidelines at our Charity Competition.
Together we raised over £700 for Queenscourt Hospice, helping support the incredible work they do in our community.
A special thank you to Vue Cinema and Robertos for donating prizes, and to every single person who helped make the day such a success.
Fitness is great, but being able to come together and make a difference is even better.

Murph 2026
Amazing effort from everyone that took part in Murph this year.
From first timers to RX athletes, everyone dug in, pushed through and supported each other from start to finish 👏
Big respect to everyone involved and thanks to everyone who helped create such a good atmosphere around the gym
CrossFit isn’t just about getting fit.
It’s about learning new skills, moving well and staying capable in as many ways as possible.

Murph isn’t about surviving it.
It’s about pacing it, scaling it properly and doing it together.
Every year we see members of all levels take on something they didn’t think they could do. Some go full vest. Some scale the volume. Some complete their very first version of Murph.
That’s the point.
No matter how you approach it, the goal stays the same:
Move well. Stay consistent. Support each other. Finish proud.
