Client Milestone: Lynn

Huge shoutout to my client Lynn.

Lynn recently hit 350 workouts completed since joining AWPT. She reached this in just over 2.5 years, which means she has averaged pretty much 3 workouts a week for that time period.

This is unbelievable consistency. During this time Lynn has worked through injury, family illness, & loss. It has not been all plain sailing, but life rarely is. She never fell off the wagon completely though, never missing more than a week of training at a time & even in super tough weeks usually managing at least 1-2 workouts a week.

Like most of my clients, Lynn uses my app and follows a programme tailored specifically for her for her sessions on her own which has been extremely beneficial for her, giving her structure & accountability, which has been especially helpful during the harder times when we tend to have less mental energy & willpower.

I couldnโ€™t be prouder of you Lynn, youโ€™re a superstar. Letโ€™s keep pushing ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Client Spotlight: Trish aka โ€˜The Trishersโ€™

Big shoutout to my client Trish. Trish came to me around 14 months ago with a few different goals. But two of her main goals were 1) Making exercise a regular part of her life, and 2) Gaining the confidence to exercise in the gym on her own too.

14 months later, with 75+ workouts completed, and lots of workouts on her own in the gym boxed off too, itโ€™s fair to say Trish has absolutely smashed these two goals. Iโ€™m so proud of Trishโ€™s journey and the massive progress she has made.

She has made lots of progress in other areas too, such as her strength, shape etc, but the two goals highlighted in this post were top of her list & achieving them has given her renewed confidence, belief in herself & improved mental health.

Trish uses my app and follows a programme tailored specifically for her for her sessions on her own which has been extremely beneficial for her, giving her structure, accountability, motivation & and a sense of achievement when getting PBโ€™s ๐Ÿ˜Š. Trish had done different forms of exercise over the years, but had never been able to stick to a consistent routine. Hitting the type of milestone seen above with 75 workouts completed, really highlights how far she has come & how exercise & strength training is now a staple in her life.
