To every single student who stepped onto that stage today... we are so incredibly proud of you. From our littlest performers to our oldest students, each and every one of you danced with courage, confidence and so much joy. Watching you all and seeing how much you’ve grown has been the greatest reward.
Our showcase is about so much more than dance. It’s about the friendships made, believing in yourself and having the confidence to step out onto a stage and give it your all. Today, you did exactly that and we couldn’t be prouder 🤍🥹
A huge thank you to our incredible DBA families for your endless support, encouragement and for trusting us with your wonderful children & bringing them to class each week. We simply couldn’t do it without you!
To our amazing volunteers, chaperones, backstage helpers, front of house team and everyone who gave up their time to help the day run so smoothly - thank you. Your support behind the scenes allowed our students to enjoy every moment and we are so grateful.

To our wonderful husbands, thank you for always being there behind the scenes and supporting us every step of the way. ❤️

And finally, thank you to our incredible teachers and assistants, Miss Georgina, Miss Emma, Miss Ella and Miss Isla, who pour so much love, passion and dedication into every class, every rehearsal and every child. The magic on stage is only possible because of everything that happens long before the curtain goes up.🩰✨

This year, every programme purchased at our DBA School of Dance Annual Showcase will help support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust — a charity that means so much to our dance family and to one very special little girl, Dorothy. 💛

Dorothy, daughter of our wonderful Miss Jennifer, has just turned two and is already one of our little DBA stars. She absolutely loves dancing, making friends and being part of our dance family. Watching her grow in confidence, happiness and independence through dance is something truly special. ✨

What many people don’t see behind Dorothy’s beautiful smile is the daily reality of living with cystic fibrosis. Diagnosed as a baby, Dorothy faces a lifelong condition that requires daily medications, physiotherapy, regular hospital appointments and ongoing care.

Like many families affected by cystic fibrosis, Miss Jennifer and her family found themselves navigating a world they knew very little about after Dorothy’s diagnosis. Throughout that journey, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust has provided invaluable support, guidance and reassurance during some of their most challenging times.

By purchasing a show programme, you’re not only supporting our dancers and taking home a wonderful keepsake from the showcase, you’re also helping a charity that supports families just like Dorothy’s every single day.
