Returning to Scarisbrick Village Hall for 2023!
It’s taken me a while, but yoga is restarting at the hall and it’s going to be a whole new start for us, a gentler, kinder and more focused practice a holistic approach to life, yoga and health.
It’s still £6 and mats etc are available.
Perfect for beginners and those returning to practice.

Today marks the midpoint between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox. Traditionally a time when harvest begins, a period of celebration for the power of Mother Nature and the masculine energy of the moon.
This month just enjoy the sun, being outdoors, now is the time where the things you have worked so hard for finally become tangible. It’s the perfect time to do something you were afraid of doing.
Most of all enjoy this beautiful and abundant month ahead, whatever your plans.

What a perfect day for the Summer Solstice, the longest day and the first day of summer.
Summer is that wonderful time of the year (for me anyway) where everyday life feels like a break in my normal routine -even though I am working the same and doing the same things, it just feels different.
I can spend more time outdoors - it’s warmer, brighter - the mornings when I get up are alive and loud with nature.
If we want to make this season stand out we can do lots of little things to make the most of this time of the year. This year, instead of looking back at what we’ve done how about we look forward to what we want to do more of this summer? Or even what do we want to do less of this summer?
For me I want to:
🌳Spend more time outdoors
🤔Finish a project that has been waiting to be completed since December!
🥗Enjoy as much fresh, local summer produce as possible.
I want less of:
🐌Feeling rushed
🫣Taking on too much responsibility for others and feel like I have to exceed their expectations
📵Not be attached to my phone 20/7 answering calls/texts for my other job which has taken me away from my joy for a long time
🙈Procrastinating!
