When movement and breath are linked and maintained we begin to flow in a conscious way and arrive to the beauty of vinyasa ๐๐ผ
Combining this with a geometric figure representing the universe a Mandala and moving 360ยฐ around our mats we honour the creative enery and all its manifestations whilst moving our bodies is circular movements arriving into places that perhaps our awareness would not have access to by just following a linear pattern โพ
Mandala vinyasa 360 is a practice of deeper introspection with a practice of strength and surrender as we combine yin and Yang energies โฏ๏ธ The studio will be heated for this class so expect to get a good sweat on as you flow ๐ฅ
