Pilates at sea ⚓️

This year I celebrate a decade in this incredible field of Pilate-ing!! 10 whole years of learning about, and feeling gratitude for, my own body on an even deeper level than I thought possible as a dancer. To me - to be a teacher is to meet your body where it’s at - to feel it, understand it, put that into words, and relay it clearly with energy and empathy to enable others to do the same. To notice everything, recognise patterns and share wisdom with love. And never. stop. learning.

Getting clients to truly FEEL the work is something I will never not prioritise. The system we live in seems to want to encourage mass disconnect between mind and body, the Pilates system does the exact opposite and for that, I will always practice and always share it - for the next decade and more, in this life and the next!
