THIS WEEK’S CLASSES 📅 I AM IN GREECE

Please have a good look at the timetable below before setting off to class this week.
You can join wonderful instructors, Marie & Lucy for Zumba Gold 🤩

Worthing, Henfield and Burgess Hill Zumba Gold classes will be running with instructor cover, but my other classes are cancelled while I’m away.

All Lift & Laugh® classes are also cancelled next week, as I don’t have instructor cover for those.

Everything will be back to normal when I return, so thank you for bearing with the changes. ❤️

💛 FRIDAY FEELING AT ZUMBA GOLD! 💃🎶

Just look at this lovely lot! 😍 A little snapshot from the Zumba Gold class in Worthing — plenty of smiles, plenty of movement and, as always, plenty of fun!

And we’re doing it all again TODAY! 🙌

If you’ve been thinking about trying Zumba Gold but haven’t quite plucked up the courage, this is the kind of friendly bunch you’ll be joining. You don’t need to know the steps, you don’t need to be super fit — just come along, move at your own pace and enjoy the music with us.

When did YOU last make time for you? 💛

It’s so easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the list.

Work, family, appointments, jobs that need doing… there’s always something that seems more important. And before you know it, another week has gone by and you have been pushed aside again.

But looking after yourself doesn’t have to mean a huge lifestyle overhaul. Sometimes it’s simply carving out an hour to move your body, listen to some fabulous music, have a laugh and leave feeling a little more energised than when you arrived. 💃

That’s exactly what I want my classes to be — time for YOU.

Whether you choose Zumba, Zumba Gold or Lift & Laugh®, you don’t need to be super-fit, coordinated or “good at exercise”. Just come as you are and start where you are. ❤️

Maybe this is your little reminder to put yourself back on the list.

Fancy dress, licensed bar and plenty of Halloween madness ✅

DJ Dustee Du from Soul Casserole and DJ Dave Crozier will be bringing the retro sounds, and our fabulous Go-Go dancers will be up on stage adding some proper swinging 60s and groovy 70s moves to the night. ✌️🪩

It’s all happening at The Shoreham Centre on Saturday 31st October, 7.30–11.30pm.
