The 78th Crossley Shield Final takes place this Sunday at Oxenhope Cricket Club with an intriguing fixture.

Cricket Club (T.C.C.) (10-time winners) look to follow their First XI's Parish Cup success with a record-extending 11th win, whilst 4-time winners St. Mary's Cricket Club hope to go one better than 2025 where they finished runners-up.

The League are thankful to who are sponsoring the Crossley Shield for a third successive season.

Admission prices are as follows:

🏆 PARISH CUP CHAMPIONS — FOR THE 13TH TIME! 🏆

HISTORY MADE! 💙💛

Our Triangle CC 1st XI are Parish Cup Champions for a record-breaking 13th time, following a brilliant 38-run victory over Booth CC! 🏆🏏

Winning the toss and electing to bat, Triangle posted an impressive 232/5 from 45 overs.

🔥 Tom Fryer got us off to a fantastic start at the top of the order, opening the batting and scoring an excellent 74 from 97 balls.

He was brilliantly supported by Man of the Match, Christian Silkstone, who produced an outstanding all-round performance. Christian smashed a superb 91 from 99 balls, including 10 fours and 4 sixes, before making a huge impact with the ball too, taking 3 wickets.

💪 Kurtis Whippey also played a crucial innings, contributing a valuable 40 from just 39 balls, including 5 fours and a six, helping Triangle build the big total that ultimately proved too much for Booth.

With the ball, Jake Dixon also took 3 wickets, with Jordan Marshall, Josh Graham and Nathan Madden taking one each as well as Sam Mellor bowling a tight opening spell going for just 19 runs off 7 overs as Booth were bowled out for 194.

And to finish it in style… Christian took the catch to dismiss the final Booth batter and seal the Parish Cup for Triangle! 🏆🙌

A fantastic all-round team performance and another piece of history for Triangle Cricket Club.
