How often should you actually come to Reformer?

There is no magic number that suits everybody. Your routine should fit your goals, your other training and your recovery 🧘🏼‍♀️

For many beginners, 1–2 sessions a week is a manageable way to learn technique and build consistency. As you progress, you may choose to come more often depending on what feels right for you.

The most important thing? A routine you can actually sustain!

One session a week is better than an unrealistic plan you cannot keep. Build the habit, then build from there 🤍
