The weather was lovely, the sand perfect, the views incredible and the vibes immaculate 😍 Join me every Saturday at 9am on the East Sands in St Andrews to move, stretch and breathe the fresh sea air 🧘‍♀️

ITS BEACH YOGA TIME AGAIN! 😍 Starting this Saturday 16th May, join us on the East Sands St Andrews at 9am every Saturday to move, breathe, laugh, stretch and maybe swim together in nature 🧘‍♀️ Fingers crossed for beautiful weather for our 4th Summer of yoga on our beautiful coast 🌞 Book your space via the website, BSport app or message me and pay cash on the day. You must bring your own mat.
