Dear incoming freshers,
Here is a list of all the Give it a Go sessions that we are running for the first 2 weeks of term. These sessions are completely free and require no sign up. Even if you don’t think you’ll join the society I highly recommend trying out the GIAG’s because you never know, you might just love it! Can’t wait to see you all there. :) P.S. We are excited to share with you guys our coaches for the upcoming year! These lovely people will train our regular sessions but we will also organize several seminars throughout the year with other professionals.

Looking back on the 25/26 academic year, we had the opportunity to compete in several competitions and intraclubs across the UK for kickboxing, grappling, and mma. We’re very excited to participate in many more to come in this upcoming year. Shout out to all the competitors who put in the work, and get ready for September!
