A huge shout out to all our NEW STARTERS! 🖤🩵🤍

It has been so wonderful to welcome so many new students to K Dance this term. We hope you’re loving your new classes as much as we are loving having you in them! You’ve all been dancing brilliantly and we’re so excited to have you as part of our K Dance family. 🖤

And it’s not just our new students who have been making this term special…

🩵 K Dance really is a family affair! Becca 1’s daughter, Elora, has officially joined us — clearly Becca has more luck getting her children to dance than Katy does! 😂

🖤 Kallee and Teagan have joined our Crew team, volunteering in our younger classes and doing a fantastic job supporting our dancers and teachers.

🩵 We’ve also heard that several of our students have been going home and teaching their dads their choreography. So, to all the K Dance dads unexpectedly finding themselves in rehearsals at home… we look forward to seeing you on stage in the future. 😂🕺

🖤 One of our former teachers has returned to dance with us in Street 3 — a marriage and two children later! We absolutely LOVE that no matter how much life changes or how many years pass, you can always find your way back to your K Dance family. 🥹

🩵 And finally, our wonderful teacher Rhia received her Long Service Award, celebrating all the years she has been teaching at K Dance.

What a start to the term! So many new faces, familiar faces returning, our next generation stepping up, and apparently a growing number of dancing dads… 😂

Fancy doing something fun for yourself this September? Come and join us for our next 6-week Ladies Solo Latin American course!

This time we’ll be dancing Samba & Charleston — two fabulous, energetic styles and lots of fun! ✨

No partner needed and no need to worry if you haven’t danced before. It’s a relaxed, friendly adult class where you can learn some great routines, enjoy the music and have a good dance on a Monday evening.

⏰ 7.15–8.00pm

Fancy some extra dancing today? We still have spaces available across our classes and there’s no need to book — you can simply turn up! 🙌

✨ 1–2pm | Lyrical — Ages 7+
📣 2–3pm | Cheer — Ages 7+
🔥 3–4pm | Street Dance Technique — Ages 7+
💃 4–5pm | American Smooth — Ages 9+
❤️ 5–6pm | Latin Technique — For Latin students who have been taking Latin classes for 1 year+

❤️ LATIN AMERICAN TECHNIQUE — Spaces Available! ❤️

Our final class of the afternoon is for our Latin American students, with a whole hour dedicated to technique! 💃🔥

Latin is a much-loved part of our timetable, so we wanted to give our dancers the opportunity to spend some extra time developing their technique, improving their movement and building confidence.

📅 Sunday 23rd August
⏰ 5–6pm
👧🧑 Ages 7–18 years
💷 £8 per class

⚠️ Please note: This class is only available to students who currently take Latin with us and have been doing Latin for 1 year or more.

Students can also book onto our other classes running throughout the afternoon.
